i love my mama, dearly.  she's, well, my mama.  she's patient, kind, thinks she's hilarious (and is sometimes).  she's been there when i needed her which has been a lot.  she's the most beautiful and precious woman in the world.

i made these fotos for her on mother's day.

i attended my first workshop eva.  put on by Jonathan Canlas, called FILM IS NOT DEAD.  happened in memphis (the american city).  it was great.  grew a bunch.  met amazing people.  here are fotos that i made.

my beautiful sister had a beautiful baby girl last month, Kate Isabel.

we made fotos of her and her mama, papa, and big brother.  beautiful, yes?


 

the day was misty, much like today.  as the evening approached, my desire to make a foto quickly rose.  i only wanted one.  notwithstanding that, i knew it would take time and i needed a person to make this image a reality.

social media has it's downfalls but also its advantages. in a scene of whim, i  put on twitter/facebook i desired to do an extemporaneously foto shoot.  within minutes, Nate had agreed to lend his person. 

we made my one foto, and created more.

can you guess which is the one?  if you're my mother, and guess it right, you get a hug and kiss.
