picture making is a language.  so like a good author the photographer photographs moments, occasions, happenings, and stories that would otherwise not be expressed or be told.  in our case, my photography portrays life from your stories. 

i won't deny that i've lived in indiana* my whole life (nor that i love wearing boots).  but i must confess i do like getting out of the hoosier state every once in a while to gather in the rich cultures of this world.  i love history, which i studied in college.  so, once we meet and become friends, if i start talking about some obscure culture of the past, please do two things: 1) forgive me and 2) tell me to stop.
