professional pictures of myself.  admittedly, it's difficult to be in front of the camera.  i now know what y'all feel like when i put my camera right in your face; holy smokes, that's intense.  anyway, i contacted Megan Grandi a little while ago to do some fotos of myself, not because i'm narcissistic (well, that may be true, but not in this case) but because i needed some really fantastic images for updates, etc.  so, Megan did a splendid job.  i'm really excited and pleased!  Caitlin Sullivan was also there for the shoot and she was amazing as well.  well, have a look why don't you.

back in the fall i met the fantastic guys of Take the Sky.  needless to say, i like them all.  we did a little shoot at some bizarre parking garage.  and the other week i finally went to my first live show.  it was a fanfreakintastic!  held at the unique venue, the Music Mill, Take the Sky, Ranger, and Post Script played a fabulous show.  most of the images are of TTS, but a few Ranger and Post Script fotos slipped in as well.  if you are at all into going to a excellent live performance and you like to support local music, please check out Take the Sky as well as Ranger and Post Script. 

so who's your favorite local band?*

i hadn't seen Elliott since he was born (see pictures here of new born pictures).  i couldn't believe how big he's grown in four weeks - it's amazing.  new life is such a beautiful blessing from God, nothing to take lightly nor take for granted.  Elliott, Kayley (his mom), and i hung out and made fotos of this calm baby and his mama.  i'm very appreciative of Jeremy and Kayley who are close friends from high school, and their willingness to let me document their baby's growth and life. i cannot wait, and i know Jeremy and Kayley can't either, to see Elliott continue to grow and get bigger and bigger, and eventually be all grown up.  ooo, this just makes me so excited to have a family of my own!  until then, please have a looksy of Elliott and Kayley.
