up and at 'em by 6:00am monday morning to take the brother to the airport.  i started my travels around 8:00am (central time) and finished them near 10:00pm (mountain time).  i think the drive from chicago to denver is absolutely stunning, especially arriving in colorado at dusk and driving through the rolling hills with the moon shining down on the land.  wonderful.  well, most of the pictures i made were while driving.  there is a certain art to it.  keep your eyes on the road (safety first, right?) and point and shoot your camera toward the scenery.  repeat until desired result is achieved.
