now here is a couple whose wedding i could have documented thousands of times over without ever growing tired of it (now maybe i would question why they were getting married thousands of times, but that's about it).  Drew and Brittany impressed me with everything about them.  they were fantasticallirad&awesome, funny (very funny), relaxed - which made the day a breeze, sincere, so gentle with each other.  Drew loved her dearly and surprised Brittany in the middle of the ceremony with a song that he wrote for her.  some might have gasped at the idea, but it couldn't have been more apropos.  it's almost what you might expect from him, love that was coming up with new ways to express itself.  you two were a tremendous blessing to work with.  thank you and CONGRATULATIONS!!!
this was my first time making pictures at the sanctuary in zionsville.  an incredible venue that is actually an old church edifice turned art gallery.  i loved the soft light it provided.  if any couple is still undecided on a venue for their wedding i highly recommend the sanctuary.

I love the one of the couple kissing in the mirror! Good work, as always.

what a privilege to continue to document Piper's growth.  these fotos (as opposed to photos) are of Piper's nine month stage.  cute little gal and very precious.  everything with her was fair game to insert into her mouth -- really adorable.  which makes me think that baby's are very bold and rarely fear the little things in life.  how often do i fear such small things and yet i ought to remember the Lord's care.

"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?... Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! Do not worry then, saying, `What will we eat?' or `What will we drink?' or `What will we wear for clothing?'...But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."  Matthew 6: 26-34

these few pictures are scenes of colorado along and near the colorado river.  it was gorgeous, ah, to say the least.  really, (this is kind of morbid) i wouldn't mind dying in areas like this.  it would just make for a happy ending, ha!  nevertheless, colorado is a wanderland, asking people like you and me to just wander with no real direction or ambition as long as we can simply appreciate the creation.  please, enjoy them.
